Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms of service ("Terms") define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities between Bitcoin Grab ("Company") and the users ("Users") of the Bitcoin Grab application ("Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. Service: Refers to the Bitcoin Grab app and related features provided by the Company.
2. User: Any individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. Grab: A feature allowing Users to transfer mined Bitcoin to their personal wallets.
4. Account: A Google account used to sign up for and access the Service.
5. Content: Includes text, images, and other data provided through the Service.

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to the Terms)

1. These Terms take effect upon being displayed on the Service interface or by other means.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms as necessary and will notify Users of any changes.
3. If a User does not agree to the revised Terms, they must discontinue use of the Service and delete their account.

Article 4 (Account Registration and Management)

1. Users can sign up for the Service easily using their Google account.
2. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3. Users may not share or transfer their account credentials with others.

Article 5 (Use of Service)

1. Users can mine Bitcoin and use the Grab feature to transfer mined Bitcoin to their personal wallets.
2. The Service operates 24/7, but may experience temporary interruptions for maintenance or updates.
3. The Company continually improves and updates the Service for better quality and stability.

Article 6 (User Responsibilities)

1. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Prohibited actions include:
   • Interfering with or illegally accessing the Service.
   • Stealing or compromising another user's account.
   • Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Article 7 (Company Responsibilities)

1. The Company ensures the stable provision of the Service within the limits of applicable laws and these Terms.
2. The Company protects Users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws.
3. In the event of Service interruptions, the Company will notify Users in advance.

Article 8 (Bitcoin Mining and Grab Feature)

1. Users can transfer mined Bitcoin to their wallets using the Grab feature.
2. Any applicable fees for Grab will be disclosed in advance and borne by the User.
3. The Company is not liable for delays or losses that may occur during mining or the Grab process.

Article 9 (Restrictions on Service Use)

1. If a User violates these Terms or applicable laws, the Company may suspend or terminate their access to the Service.
2. The reasons for restrictions will be communicated to the User.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company is not liable for:
   • Issues caused by the User's negligence.
   • Service interruptions or failures due to force majeure events.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information or outcomes obtained through the Service.

Article 11 (Privacy Protection)

The Company protects User information in compliance with applicable laws. Detailed information can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Termination of Service)

1. The Company may terminate the Service due to unavoidable circumstances and will notify Users 30 days in advance.
2. Upon Service termination, mined Bitcoin will be handled in consultation with the Users.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)

1. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved amicably through sincere negotiation between the Company and the User.
2. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at the Company's location.
